From her very first dance class at age four, Rosemary DeMott knew that dance would always be part of her story. She continued training throughout her school years and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Dance from Jacksonville University. After graduation, Rosemary performed professionally in regional theaters across the country—experiencing firsthand the dedication, resilience, and artistry that a life in dance requires.

Eventually, she traded the stage for the studio, opening a dancewear store and dance studio, where she spent more than 20 years nurturing dancers of all ages. Her studio became a place where students discovered not only technique but also confidence, community, and a lifelong love of dance.

Beyond the studio, Rosemary has shared her expertise as an educator at both the high school and college levels, inspiring students to pursue excellence in both artistry and academics. A dedicated leader in the dance community, she has also served as President of Florida Dance Masters, Inc., and remains a proud and active member of the organization. Her involvement has allowed her to connect with educators and artists who share her passion for upholding high standards in dance education and professional development.

Now, through College Dance Pathways, Rosemary brings her experience as a performer, educator, and studio owner together to help parents and students navigate the next steps in their dance journeys. She understands the excitement and sometimes the overwhelming that comes with exploring college programs, conservatories, and professional opportunities.

Rosemary’s mission is simple: to help each dancer find the right path that aligns with their goals, values, and dreams. With a warm, supportive approach, she guides families through the process so that every dancer can move forward with clarity, confidence, and joy.
